Moving to Charlotte: need advice from a Teacher!
DH and I are hoping to move to Charlotte summer of '07. He's a special education art teacher, and has an amazing job here in So. Cal. It will be REALLY hard for him to leave... high paying, amazing benefits, the kids....
He's currently in a credential program at U. of CA. We're hoping a fellow educator, or someone is that field, would be willing to email back and forth with him to answer some general questions and give some guidance. He is hoping to get a better understanding of the requirements and job market out there.
