Does anyone have any good suggestions for a good multi vite for a preteen boy? Last time I checked our local health foods stores, there were very few choices other than little kids or adult, not in between. My mom has a lot of experience with supplements, so instead of a multi, I was measuring out the smaller doses myself of each thing, and we found a good balance, but not only does it take a lot of time to get them all down to his size, but he hates taking them, so a multi would make both our lives easier. I don't care if it has everything, I am ok with adding to it to get his balance, but it would be better than how we have been doing it. When my morning sickness got bad, I got behind on setting them up for him, and now we're really seeing a difference for him and want to start back but hopefully in a simpler fashion.

We're not vegetarians, if that matters, and would love any recommendations.

Thanks!

Wouldn't he just take an adult multi vitamin? One A Day essentials are small and easy to swallow. You could look at the back and see what he'd need more of. I like them because they don't have any Iron in them.

I have to make a meal of my vitamins right now and it's pretty tiresome, lol.
I take 4 GNC prenatals, 4 CLOs, 4 citrical petites, 1 sublingual B12 and then I take a prescription Iron tablet at night.
: But I have malabsorption so I have to take double doses.
