Anyone else getting regular muscle aches & pains? I am so sore! Today for example, we went on a family outing for a couple hours, lots of walking around, pushing the stroller, carrying all our stuff. By the time I got home everything hurt - my shoulder muscles, my lower back, especially the tops of my glutes (that is the most common place for me). I had to go lay down for an hour to feel better. Lots of times by the end of the day I am very sore too. What is this all about? Anyone else going through this?

Right there with ya. DH thankfully rubs my back somewhat almost every night...otherwise I don't think I'd get out of bed at all the next morning.

I keep getting told to make sure I walk enough, but even after walking all freaking day I'll go home and my hip will just start hurting terribly from sitting down. Makes it a bit difficult to do my online school since it's all computer based lol.

Tomorrow I get to try and change the waterpump in our car (he has to work and try to get someone to drop him off at the vet on base with my cat) so that he can have the car the rest of the week and we don't spend $500 getting it changed out. Obviously I won't be doing anything that requires straining, but I was going to school before to be a mechanic until he got notified of his orders to Japan...so working on cars is nothing new to me

My issue has been my hip, just started today. It feels really sore and I'm walking like John Wayne :LOL I just did lots of stretches and it doesn't feel better...I guess it's just starting early this time...

Yeah my hip is my worst spot it seems as far as localized pain and soreness. It's actually kinda funny when my knee gives out on me when we're walking through a store though, cause then I look like I'm trying to pull some kind of dance move or something with no music and in the middle of the grocery store lmfao.

I was also told to take warm (not hot as your body needs to keep regulated and not get shocked) baths when my body hurt, and I would ask your medical professional about whether or not you can use stuff like Jasmine since it relaxes using your senses IIRC.
