Ok, I can't this year, but I am dying to. I need to hear your recommendations for cool, crunchy, chock-full-of babies neighborhoods in the area. I love Chestnut Hill and W. Mt Airy but DH doesn't want to pay for increased car insurance b/c of being in the city limits:

. The development we live in now is full of 55+ seniors who have their noses stuck up in the air. Ugggh!
