A friend is looking for a MW in central CA - preferrably the Tulare or Visalia area - Fresno is just a little too far for her.
Both of her births were very fast so she wants a place close - her first two were hospital births but she is interested in a FSBC but probably not a homebirth.

Any suggestions or referrals?
