I got this idea from a copy of Family Fun magazine... and I'm happy to say, it worked! My son has recently become baseball obsessed... so my Dad bought him a whole bunch of those wiffle balls and a bat. He's not coordinated enough to hit the balls without a tee... so we made one for only $1. Basically I found a plastic paper towel holder at Target for $1 (in the dollar spot section as you come in the store). Then I took an old foam noodle that had a hole in it... and put it onto the paper towel holder. Cut the tee off where I wanted it... et voila! Works great.

I just love this idea!!

Do you mean the standing type of paper towel holder-I'm just not getting the visual? Sorry, I am a bit sleep deprived of late

Yup
The lady in the article I read used a croquet thingy... but as I didn't have one, I figured that the standing up paper towel holder would do just as well... and it did

Forgot to add... the rest of the foam noodle makes a great bat. He likes it better than the plastic one he has.
