My LO has been nursing for much shorter periods of time lately. She has been biting and turning her head a lot. Its almost like she is trying to rub her face on my arm. I dont know whats up but my nips cant take much more. She also seems to be crankier lately than she has been... ever.

Could it be teething or distraction? I dont think she has thrush (shorter nursing sessions and crankiness)

Any ideas?

No advice, but lots of sympathy! The only thing that works for us right now is laying down to nurse - there are fewer distractions that way! But forget about it if daddy is the bed with us, the he wants to be looking at daddy and nursing at the same time, and well, that just doesn't work too well!
