I am ending my 4th day of using CD's. I really like it! I only have one cover but I have others due Monday or Tuesday, so I have had to occasionally use a sposie while washing/drying the cover. My mom is still going on about how it won't last, she won't use prefolds while babysitting DS, blah blah, so I said I'd get some AIO's for her (She's still going to have to dunk the poo LOL).
So here's my song:
I like big butts and I cannot lie, them other babies can't deny
My butt looks big when you put cloth on it...
HAHAHA
DS's behind looks SO fat!!

Just an idea for when your mom needs to change the diapers. Use AIO's, but put in a fleece liner. That way if DS poops, she can just toss the liner (instead of dunking). I bought a yard of light brown non-pill fleece at the store, cut them up and have been using those. It keeps all my diapers clean (woohoo!) but makes clean ups much easier. I always take the liner to the toilet and plunk the poop into the toilet and then wash the liner. DH puts the liner in the small garbage can in the changing area and all is good.

Congrats on starting to CD!

Or, diaperwraps.com (and others) sells flushable, biodegradable liners. (about $5.50/100). We flush the poopie ones and wash and re-use the others 3-4 times. Luuuv them.

And congrats! Cloth diapering's the bomb!
