I am wondering what people find works for their seasonal/year round allergies. I was given Flonase and find it sort of works but not to clear the cloudiness and fullness in my head. Plus I would like to find a more natural remedie to use instead of having to use that every day. I suffer from seasonal allergies and year round to dust.

thanks

I don't personally have allergies but both my Mom and husband have HORRIBLE allergies.

My mother swears by this sinus rinsing thing she got. It's a natural saline rinse. I don't remember what it's called exactly but it's something like this:

My husband is scared to try it because he doesn't like the idea of snorting salt water in his nose but on days when it's been bad he's considered it. I think I'm going to buy one for him and have it on hand.

I've tried lots of natural remedies and they help especially if I start using them before my allergies get bad. I buy saline nose spray and use it 3-5 times a day...I also got one once that had xylitol in it at the health food store. Capsules of dried nettle are a natural anti histamine.

And some advice that works but is hard for me to follow-cut out all sugar, caffeine and dairy. I can't do that for long so I just try to cut back especially when my allergies get worse.
