At night, my child seriously hit his head on the corner of the countertop, and he had to call an ambulance.I want to raise the level of the countertop or install a countertop with soft corners. What is the best way to prevent this from happening to my child again?

I have had a similar situation a couple of years ago. My son broke his head after hitting the countertop while running. In the beginning, we also installed some soft corners, and I must say that they were suitable only for a couple of months, after that they just fell off. Later, when we decided to renovate the kitchen, we changed the countertop. We got a new, fantastic Quartz countertop, and we also decided to raise it a bit. So, growing it is undoubtedly the better option. However, if you find some proper soft corners, you can use them as well.
