Okay, so my Curves diet isn't exactly the official diet! Ever since I started at Curves (about four weeks ago now) I have been virtually incapable of resisting sweets and carbs in general. I've been chowing down and needless to say I haven't made any changes in the direction I'm supposedly trying to go.<br><br>
Anyone else find their appetite increased at the beginning? Someone PLEASE tell me it doesn't go on like this forever!<br><br>
And send will-power vibes too please!

I've been going to Curves but don't want to fork out the $60 for the weight loss class. Is there something that sets the Curves diet apart from other low carb diets?
