I love it!!! I really can't believe it. I tried this and no-poo about the same time and it's like my skin and hair are screaming at me....."you've kept us dryed out too long!" I'm 35 and have always had greasy acne-prone but very sensitive skin. It seems it was usually broken out, red irritated looking, with oily patches and dry scaley patches. I learned just a few months ago how important moisturizer was for my skin...finally! And it was doing better. But now that I've used the oil-cleaning approach for a few days, my skin looks like someone else's. I really can't believe it. It is clear and rosy and perfectly moisturized. I notice it the most in the mornings when my face used to be oil-laden and I could smell the oil/B.O. on it -- gross!! Now it hardly feels oily at all, doesn't smell, and when I look in the mirror, my skin actually looks nice in the morning. I've also been using Burt's Bees orange oil cleanser in the shower and the EVOO/CO at night. The Burt's Bees ingredients are mostly vegetable based oils. I had been using this and liked it but I don't think I knew the importance of rinsing so well and so had breakouts and oily skin sometimes.

I can't recommend this enough, especially to folks with oily skin. It just balances things so perfectly that your body doesn't have to over-produce anymore. Thanks to all who've suggested/reviewed this idea. I'm sure I'll have more questions later but that's all for now.

Oh, one more thing. I have noticed that the birthmark on my forehead that only showed up when I was hot, angry or had a fever is now showing up most the of the time. I guess it's from my extended massaging and the extra blood going to it. I don't really mind it, it's just interesting.

: I have been using a Olive Oil and Dr. Bronners mix in a foamer bottle. I love it. Isn't it weird how well it works?

I hate to sound so stupid but is there a website where I can get info from maybe on how different oils effect the skin. A recommendation?
