Hello!

This was just a cute little story...

Well on Monday I was talking to my gandmother and she asked what I was doing I told her waiting for Joe's diapers to dry so I can fold them. She said "WHAT?" I guess she did not know I CDed then she said "You don't use those pamper things? I thought everyone did that now? doesn't he leak everywhere? I remember when my kids where in those I had to change them like every 5 minutes......." I just laughed and said no they are different now. ( I could tell she was shakeing her head :LOL ) Then when she got here she hurried up to look at his diaper and said how cute it was and wanted to know how they were different. She was so amazed at it. Then she had to see what he would wear to bed. He had a super cute fitted for bed. I don't know the name but a Mama traded it with me it is tyedyed and side snapping (If you read this what is the name of that diaper I want more of those it fits like a dream on him and is so so cute LMK]

) and I LOVE IT

with just a stationator (I can not spell it) fleece cover (that is my favorite night cover I don't know why

) HSe was just ohhhing and awwwing all day and night at them saying ooooo I wish I had those and I bet he's wayyyy more cozy than my kids were....

My whole family is gaga over my cloth. It's so cute. My mom is constantly showing her sisters "what my daughter has found this time!"

they helped me take the plunge into prefolds! But I also love those! I go coveless with them I feel so bad putting a cover on them :LOL ohh did you end up liking the pro wrap and BGGG?

amazingly, the bummis is still a little to big for her! Shes 18m old. So I havent tried the prorap yet since it looks the same size. the fitteds fit her nice though i am still getting used to the snaps.
I borrowed a small bummis from a friend and it fot her still. she'll grow into them someday

I am happy that the fitteds are getting used they were just sitting here waiting for someone to use them. The pro wrap is a little tighter and more snug IMO.

My mother cd both my brother and I. She actually "couldn't figure out" how to put on a fitted with a cover. LOL She said "well there's no pins and you have no rubber pants how does this child not pee on everything??". Um mom...I put them in sets for you. LOL I'm glad your grandmother is so pleased to see how much it's changed! I'll have to remember to show my grandmother when she gets here!

My grandma was just tickled to help me hang out diapers at her place last summer. We'd had to do a load while we were there, and she was just cooing over all the cute prints, and how they are fitted and not just big old squares.

Said it was the first time her clothesline had seen a diaper in 40 years.

Very cute story! I wish my family was as into cloth. DH wants me to be happy so he indulges me, but he doesn't "get" it. My mom and sil are patient, but I can tell they roll their eyes at me in their heads. My mom does think the fluff is really cute, but doesn't get into spending much $$ for it. Oh well, I'm teaching my DDs to appreciate nice fluff!

I get a few little oos and ahs from dh's grandma - but I get eye rolls from his mom and SIL - oh well, I'm happy and dd has the coziest bum in the family, that's all that matters to me!
