I got a letter from my the hospital where I pan to deliver stating that United Health (my insurance provider) is trying to drop them as an in network provider. There will not be an answer until January, I am due 2/4. The hospital where I am delivering specializes in labor and delivery and is the only on in RI that does. United's income was 4.8 billion last year- it is disgusting! Thank you for letting me rant & rave. I just want to throw things!

Talk to the insurance co. You might be grandfathered in, so that it will still count as in-network for you.

I am hoping! The decision will not be made until January (which might work in my favor) I don't think it is reasonable to expect someone to switch their doctor and hospital a month before they're due- I am hoping United agrees.
