We made the first batch of kombucha and it is rather vinegary. I will admit that I lost track of how long it was on the counter b/c it took me awhile to get around to getting everything ready for the next batch. I now have 2 jars on the counter that I just started last night....what can I do to make them not as vinegary?

Add juice and allow them to sit in an airtight container for a couple of days after adding the juice. Be very careful though when you take the lid off since pressure will likely build up.
