Mine is cubed tofu(about 1/3 a cup),2 eggs,a big handfull or more spinach and flax oil with my prenatal ground and sprinkled in and a touch of ketchup all scrambled in the skillet.YUM!

I just had 2 molars removed,so I'm stuck with soft food-not so easy getting enough nutrition this way, but I LOVE this meal!!!

What's your current fave?

Sounds yummy! My tummy is happiest with waffles, hash browns, and fruit.

Ugh, I never want breakfast anymore. But a microwave baked potato with cheese on top has been tolerable when nothing else sounded good.

I've been enjoying a "French toast" without the toast. Eggs scrambled with vanilla and cinnamon, and cooked in coconut oil. Good with fruit!

I've been eating eggs for breakfast every day, but I have a feeling if/when the food aversions strike, eggs may be one of the first things to go.

right now I have had spaghetti the past 2 mornings. I can't get past this carb thing since morning sickness set in

Crazy enough, I think I might want some eggs, but we have none in the house because my daughter is intolerant.

Only had tofu once, but that sounds good.

I love egg white omlettes w/ spinich & onions & hot sauce. Been on it for a while.
Ate bojangles twice since visiting family in NC-yummy! Good thing they don't have it in OH or I'd gain lots of weight, hehe.

Protein in the am seems to help keep my nausea at bay. Lots of eggs over here.

Yes!

Honestly, I'm kind of at DH's mercy lately, so I'm eating whatever he makes for the girls. He excels at toast and dry cereal. I'm trying to cram down a piece of fruit as well, if I can get through it without the toddler stealing it.

Oatmeal is good too, when I can make it for myself.

Right now? An everything bagel with cream cheese and sliced tomato with the largest cup of tea the coffee shop makes.

That DF goes out to get, of course. I must say, this pregnancy thing is working out great so far.

The strangest thing is that I usually HATE cream cheese and uncooked tomato, so this has to be a hormonal thing. Now it's the first thing I want in the morning. Thank goodness we live in New York.
