Well, technically, if you just had implantation spotting, you wouldn't have any symptoms But it does sound like you could test in 2-3 days and maybe get your ++!! If you don't normally spot, it's totally possible. I'll keep my fingers crossed for you.

I'd say it's probably implantation spotting.

But I wouldn't call your midwife until AF is due, and then you can take your hpt anyway and know if it's positive then.
