Any moves I can do? The babies head has been sitting there for weeks and I can hardly walk. Feels like I feel on the bar on a bike...like 100times :

Please come out baby!!!

I have no advice...only commiseration! My constant refrain is "My parts hurt. Someone hit me 100 times with a 2X4."

Sooooooon.....there will be no baby head pushing on me......

All fours helped me feel better sometimes. Also getting my upper body down lower more like a head knees position helped relieve some pressure. Relief is right around the corner no matter what!

I hear you. My pubic symphysis hurts so badly. I feel like my legs are the wings of a wishbone and I'm being ripped in half. What helps me is sitting cross legged with my back straight and my legs as open as possible, kneeling on the floor with my legs far apart, or getting down on all fours, again with my legs far apart, and with most of my weight on my knees and forearms.

Laying down or sitting regularly makes it hurt terribly, though.

Soon it'll pass, right? RIGHT?!?!?!?

squeezing a childs plastic/rubber ball between your knees a few times several times a day should help. it's pretty much all that helped me those last few weeks, even the chiro didn't help much.

best thing? as soon as the baby came, the pain was gone!! yippie!! (now my tailbone just hurts like hell)

So when this happens, does it mean that baby is on its way soon?!?! The pain for me has gotten distinctly worse the past few days. (39w2d).

the bigger baby gets the more unstable the lumbar and sacral regions of the back becomes and everything... hips, pelvis, etc just become chronically maladjusted.

try the ball trick, it helped me. and i think the chiro helped as much as she could for a fast labor (and man was it fast!).

oh oh and i forgot a hot pack on the small of your back.. this also helps tremendously!
