I was cutting their hair with a razor, pretty short (it's very hot here), and R was freaking out that I was going to cut his ears. T (who'd gone first) sat next to him and put his arm around him and said, "Shhh, R, it's okay, it's okay. I'm here. It's okay."

AWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW.

This possibly makes up for all the times they beat the crap out of each other.

How absolutely precious! I had to read it to DH. I look forward to those types of twin experiences. Your boys are such cute little guys.

Today I was out on a sunny warm walk with my babies, DD got hungry, so I stopped and sat down on the front of the stroller (got to love those big-ol twin strollers) and while I was nursing her, she started playing with DS's bare toes and she made him go into a full on laughing fit...it was so sweet! It was the first time one of them made the other laugh.

They are adorable. Cute story. Do you write these things down for them to read later on?

And I have to admit when I read your thread title, I thought, "So are mine!" :

Well my twins aren't USUALLY sweet with each other/to each other. They're usually like, "Mom, he looked at me!" "He looked at me first!" and then they start poking each other.

I know this is off topic but, this reminds me of when my two oldest girls were little and went to the Doc. My oldest had to get some shots she was about 5 and my other daughter was about 3 at the time. Well my 5 year old started freaking out because she didn't want the shots and my 3 year old started freaking out and hitting the Doc. and trying to bite him. She was trying to cover up her sister to protect her. After that the Doc. said he couldn't do it and I would have to come back with out my younger daughter.
It was crazy but it was so sweet to she my younger daughter trying to protect her big sister.
