Mystery Shopper Jobs?

I do mystery shopping monthly with http://www.checkmarkinc.com . I only make $15-20 a month from them but I didn't have to pay a fee to get in and I do the shops at my regular grocery store.

I have done quite a few shops for feedbackplusinc.com and there is no fee---just an application/certification process. In my area the shops are very competitive and I haven't been able to get any decent ones lately. The pay per shop varies, but their payment is always prompt and their communication top notch.

trishshack, I like your location, "BFE, Kentucky". I'm in KY, too. What kind of places do you shop with checkmarkinc? I signed up to be a mystery shopper with another agency, but was never able to do any shops b/c I was at the end of my pregnancy, then had a c-section, then had a colicky babe. I'd like to give it another try, but am curious what shops you do and how hard it is to do feedback.

i do shops for www.bestmark.com and one other company. there was no fee, i just filled out the application and signed on for email notifications. i've done restuarants, gyms and a telephoen call. fees and reporting vary.

i'd say the gym was the least profitable cause it only paid $15 - $20 but they require very detailed and extensive narrating after the 30-40 minute visit. not that the money isn't handy cause it is but you have to weigh if the pay-out is worth the time. it was still interesting though. i enjoy "shopping" and can't wait for a retail.

don't pay for those sites. they are scams in that they take your money and give you a (legitimate) list of companies that are freely available. volition.com has an extensive mystery shopping area, including a forum, FAQs and a list of companies.
