So, my dh rec'd this email from the "kerry camp" that Ralph Nader appeared on a Pacific NorthWest conservative radio talk show. Evidently, according to the "Kerry Camp", Nader is trying to appeal to Republicans that want to see Kerry's presidential efforts thwarted.

I think this is bunk. I don't think it would be uncommon for a progressive to be interviewed by a conservative talk show, but my dh disagrees. (He's also one of those crazy Democrats who practically pees his pants at the mere mention of Nader and believes that it was Nader that spoiled the last election, etc.)

Is this just a low blow by Kerry? Is Nader becoming too big for his britches and looking for election points any way he can?

For the record, I'm not voting for Nader. I'm just not too keen on Kerry (though I am voting for him) and I am suspect of anything these big white men do.

Who knows? Which would you prefer? There's all kinds of stuff out there about it. Everyone wants easy answers that "fit" and either support their guy or demonize someone else; but I think that the bottom line is that we can't afford to be distracted.

That said, if true, it seems like it'd be good to be aware of who one's new best friends are - I know I would want to know....but that's just me and what do I know?

We have a mission; to knock Bushco on its' ass and get Kerry in there and make him our bitch.

We can't ever just trust that ANY president can be trusted with the keys to this country ever again.

I am in the midst of a book right now ("Fanatics & Fools" by Arianna Huffington) that made me rethink the entire "Nader stole the race from Gore view." How many votes, do you suppose, Gore actually *stole* from Nader.

Thinks that make me go hmmmm.
