So...just wondering if I am the only one who hasn't even started thinking about them!!! Last time we had a name picked out by this point already but chasing after a toddler keeps me busy!!! Anyone have names? Anyone know of any good places to find them? The name book we have for Kiera is full of names I will *not* be giving our child!

I have a word document that I keep adding names to, but so far we don't really love a particular name. We also don't agree on any names this time around.
: Sophie's name just came to me one night and it is perfect so I'm hoping that this baby's name will come to me the same way.

We have a boy's name in mind but we're still unsure about a girl. Girl's names are SO much harder...at least for me.

After poring over SS lists and a baby name book, I had a list of about 5 girls names and 3 boys names. DH rejected all but one of each. I'll keep looking, but I think it may be settled.

Right now we have a Rachel, Julie and London. Beautiful kiddos.

If this is a boy, we are going to call him Boston.

If this is a girl, she might be nameless for a while. lol
My DH and I can't agree on any names. I love the names Laurel and Grant, but he doesn't want them.
Names....who thinks of names this early!

It has not even crossed my mind. We'll probably toss a few around but we won't have any firm ideas til we see the little critter. I have to see their faces before I can settle on a name. Most likely, we'll have several in the running and when the baby is born, we'll be able to decide. That is how it happened the last time. This time it will be fun to see what Dd comes up with for names. She is always coming up with names of "animals" or "friends" in her various stories.

And we won't find out the gender so we'll have to have both boy and girl names in mind.

We have names picked out, but I'm starting to not like them. I think we're going to have to pick them after we meet the baby.
Honey, we had our names picked out before dd#1 was even born!

Well, we have a list and will give the babe which ever ones sound good.

Ava Charlotte is probably our girl name and Daniel James our boy's.

I found this book with a section called "Names No One is Cool Enough For". Two of them are Congo and Crockett. So, I told my mother that if it's a boy the name will be Congo Crockett. Poor thing beleives me

Well, we don't generally name our kids till they're about a week old (gotta see what they "look" like, ya know
). That being said, I'm looking at Lindsay for a girl and Jonah for a boy right now--with the caveat that I can change my mind at any time!

Lindsay and Jonah, both very nice names!

I have absolutely no clue. I am getting boy vibes though...for what ever that is worth.

I like the names Carter and Aiden for a boy at the moment.
I've had a girl's name in my head since we started ttc, but I'm still not 100% sure about it and dh isn't in love with it. I have no idea about boy's names. Miles was THE ONLY name we could agree on the first time around so that was that (I had the final say, I guess, but I had a good feeling about it, too.) I think about names, but nothing has really hit me yet.
We won't know what we have till we have him or her, but we have the first and middle for either chosen.
I'm an uber-planner, could you tell? So annoying!

Since DS knew I was pregnant he has always named it Carter until we finally explained to him what we Are going to call him/her ( name that can go both ways. I wanted the boy/girl name so DS can say the babys name during the pregnancy. Anyways, back to the Carter name. We have no idea where he came up with it especially since its not even like he watches tv, has any friends with even close to that name HOWEVER what is really neat is when we arrived at our 1st Apt with the mw she lives on Cartier street. Neat huh?.

Yeah we always start thinking about names from the beginning

Right now it looks like if it is a boy he will be named Micah. If it is a girl she will be named Ketzia. Other girl names we also have picked out are Phoebe (did I spelled that wrong? Would be horrible to not even be able to spell your own kids name lol) , Ophelia and Meira.

I'm still looking at different names and may change them at any time, but for now the 4 possibilities are (need 2 of each since i'm having twins):
Girls: Mackenzie Faith and Alyssa Clair
Boys: Ethan Chayse and Landon Riley
Dh and I had names picked out before we were even engaged! He's actually got a list in his palm pilot that we compiled together over the years (We dated 4+ years and then were married another 4+ before we had a little one to even name!)
Sadly, dh sometimes gets "inspired" and adds a name to the list (that was once names we both loved and agreed upon). It has become very thorny
. Dh has decided he wants to name a son Buckley. I told him he could name his next dog Buckley.

Nevertheless, our favorite boy and girl names currently are (all family names):
Boy: Sean Martin Ives
Girl: Molly Anastasia (Molly Ann for short).
