I'm 'almost' sick, but trying to nip it in the bud, seeing as how I'm about 9 months pregnant. I picked up some Propolis Echinacea spray from the Herb Pharm tonight at the local co-op, as well as something called oscillococcinum by a company called Boiron.

Does anyone know if these two things are safe to use while pregnant? Thanks so much for your quick replies!
