I thought I'd put this up for everyone, even though it's a local article. It came off really negative, imo. It sort of portrays natural birth as something women do to prove something to their fascist natural birth cronies, and that if you take meds or have a c-section, you're ostracized.<br><br><a href="http://www.oregonlive.com/news/oregonian/index.ssf?/base/news/1171081569261300.xml&coll=7&thispage=2" target="_blank">Here it is.</a>

I wish they would run an article on why our midwifery laws and homebirth-friendliness are something to be proud of. <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="/img/vbsmilies/smilies/gloomy.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="Gloomy">:

Excuse me all to heck and back, but I was the poorest a person could get right before being homeless and I had a childbirth class. I don't like this article. I'm writing a letter to my soon to be home paper and giving them a hopefully enlightening earful.
