I plan to use Lavendar EO as a relaxation aromatherepy during labor.<br><br>
Maybe I will try rescue remedy too...I dunno if it works or not though.<br><br>
What are you doing?

I loved the hot rice sock last time, as well as frozen anything (washcloths were in high demand, as were frozen grapes). Mostly though I just plan to <i>stay in the water</i> - the only time I really felt out of control last labor was when I decided to get out of the tub for a while. Gravity is a b*tch! <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/lol.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="lol"> We also did sterile water papules last time, which I remember helping, but the shots actually hurt worse than labor (or maybe they were heightened by labor - regardless, I don't plan to do them again since our current MW is not overly familiar with them).

I have my rice sock, rescue remedy, nat mur, and such. Plus my RRL tea!
