We are visiting Atlanta for one week in January! I need recommendations for places to stay (preferably on an OG farm, but yk, a mama can dream!), natural food stores, farmer's markets, and a natural family doctor or ped if DS should need medical attention while we are there (just in case).

So where is the training (or where are you staying?) It really matters, because Marietta-ATL is a fur piece from Lawrenceville ATL. There may be fun things to do nearby. Your DH is right, you don't want to find yourself across town on a weekday when rush hour hits. But if you plan your day to go out after 9 and get back by 4, you can wander a little.

hey there, I'm new to Atlanta myself, but if you're in the city Little Five Points aka L5P has Sevananda an all natural food coop. Not the largest but good produce and o.k. bulk section. Also Charis Books is right down the street from there, it's one of the South's oldest Fem bookshops and a great place to find topics/books off the beaten path. Hope you have a great visit, tell us how it goes!!
