Hey moms,


Im currently new to this forum, joined because I wanted to get some more information on NUTRITION for moms! when you google and research the proper diet & fitness for a mom/woman there really isn't great information. Thought I would just maybe plant a seed in this Forum and hope some great information arrises.


Right now I believe its ideal to workout 1 hour a day and stick to a very lo cab hi protein diet, of course our family tries eats organic, no artificial flavor, non processed foods, we like to be "perfectly natural " little saying.... any takes.

Nutrition

Nutrition is of profound importance in mothers especially for pregnant or lactating mothers. Often nutritional intake is confusing for breast feeding mothers. If intake is less a mothers body makes up for the deficit.
