As far as nutrition, the best thing for PPD is LCP's which are found in fish oil. Taking enough fish oil to get at least 400 mg of DHA per day can really help. Eating too much sugar can really add to the depression. Also, make sure you're getting plenty of sun every day, at least 20 minutes, and more if you can. Sun really helps regulate the endocrine system and also helps you make vitamin D which helps depression.<br><br>
As for the PTSD, my dad had that and believe it or not, was totally cured of it in one session of EMDR. <a href="http://www.emdria.org" target="_blank">www.emdria.org</a> He was a total skeptic, but found that he needed no more treatments after the one visit.<br><br>
