My son has a new fascination. Round and bouncy. I am looking for natural rubber balls and having trouble finding them. Any ideas?

Aren't the classic "pinky" balls real rubber? Spaldeens?

Unfortunately, I'm finding that searches for "natural rubber ball" turn up dog toys! Oif.
