I've been looking into natural toys, too (preferably the non-noisy type), although I live in Swampscott. Any suggestions besides Crunchy granola baby?

<a href="http://www.hatchedboston.com/" target="_blank">Hatched</a> in JP carries toys. They are kind of pricey, and it's a pretty small space. It might be too much of a drive for you. Just thought I'd mention it, though, in case you're really desperate. Oh, I would also call first. They seem to keep inconsistent hours.
