Please give me your most successful ways of treating depression naturally during pregnancy. Please also include dosage levels and what you found to be most effective. Things that I am trying include fish oil and B vitamins, but I do have some anxiety about possible mercury in fish oil (though the products say mercury-free) and possible toxicity with some of the B vitamins. Also am trying to exercise in sunlight. Am I missing something? TIA!

I have read that amino acids are good... including -Triptophan and some other ones that I can't remember. they are precursors to seratonin. I would assume they are safe, since they are aminos, but would of course like to hear from anyone with experience...
