Hello my name is Nikki. Im a married mother of 3.. we will be ttcing again next month.. I have had problems with fertility and ive had cervical cancer removal surgery. I eat right, excersize moderatly, and i take prenatals. i wanted to kno if anyone could give me any ideas on what else i can do to insure concieving will be easier.. thanks so much.

Charting. It's the best way, considering it's the only way to know what time of the month you can actually conceive and one times of the month the baby dancing is just making love.

I'm new too, and after reading the suggestion to read TCOYF a few times, I googled it, and found Taking Control of Your Fertility. I just got it today, and I'm blown away. Doesn't seem too difficult, but I'm only into the 3rd chapter!
There are so many suggestions and explinations in the book. The Gals on here are just so knowledgable, and I'm just trying to find a starting point.

You've been through a lot, and I wish you a speedy and healty pregnancy!

Trust me, it really IS easy... as long as you follow the instructions.

Always temp first thing in the morning at the same time or it will totally screw up your chart.
