Is anyone getting nauseous again? (I know some of you never stopped...) Is anyone getting diarrhea?

I'm definitely feeling nauseous again and now I'm going slightly more frequently, though by no means is it diarrhea.

I've heard these symptoms may mean that baby is coming in 2-3 weeks.

Anyone have these symptoms all of a sudden? What do you ladies know about this and the timing of the birth?

I think this is similiar to the losing your plug thing and it can mean something or nothing. I seem to get nausea/diarrehea the last month or so of every pg. But I take that more as my blood sugars are a little off, plus my body is just so maxed out that it isn't coping with digestion terribly well.
I've learned that the only thing you can rely on that will tell you a baby is coming soon is regular ctrx that get closer together!

Those are interesting symptoms to keep in mind. My digestion has been out of whack the past few days and I've got a certain spot paining me since last night. I'm not sure if it's my uterus or something else though.
With dd, My body hair growth stopped - no more shaving! - and my skin cleared up fantastically. About a week before birth, my face broke out ferociously and I was back to shaving daily. So put those on your list, too, just in case.

Hmmm, interesting. I've had a resurgence of nausea and kind of loose-ish stools (sorry TMI!) recently. I too felt like "hey, does this mean baby is coming soon?" I think it's just hormones doing their thing. I think it's just stuff that happens as we're Near The End... but yeah, not an accurate indicator of a specific number of weeks left.

Exactly the same symptoms here!
I hope we're not Near The End because I've told DH not to fly until 10 days after my due date.......
I knew I was tempting fate!!!!

Found this online...
Take notice of any unexplained digestive disturbances, such as diarrhea or nausea. Digestive disturbances during late pregnancy are often a response to increased hormone levels of prostaglandin, which occurs at the onset of labor.

I've been having lots of stomach upset/poop fun lately, but I think it's just a "towards the end" thing, not a "labor is imminent!" thing.

I felt a sore throat coming on today and drowned myself in vitamin C, which didn't help! (too much SA = diarrhea!)

Ugh, I really hope birth is NOT immenent. We need a few more weeks with the turkey timer here. Last night I slept like crap again and didn't fall asleep before 4 am. That meant nap-time this am. Because the kids are playing in the living room/watching tv (school's out today), I took to the bedroom for some much needed shut-eye. What happens? I wake up like 30 minutes later vomitting and had to rush to the bathroom before I made matters worse. Yuck. I'm really hating this indigestion/no sleep/vomitting deal.

I've had an increase in nausea - periodic bouts that last a couple days - over the last 4 weeks or so. I'm blaming it on less space for everything to move around! For example, I was feeling what would normally be lower abdominal/intestinal cramping more or less in the middle of my abdominal area, behind the uterus it felt like...everything is soooooo squished!

FWIW - the first signs that I was going into labor with DD were a sudden onset of "gas pain" (turned out to be my first contraction!), and I was unable to keep anything down for the duration of labor. Everything cleansed, both ends (TMI, sorry), but very abruptly.
