I had this problem as well. My eczema cleared up when I switched to a gentler laundry detergent and eliminated fabric softeners and dryer sheets. My 3 year old had severe eczema on his face as a baby. It turned out that it was the softener I used on his sheets that caused it, and it cleared up very quickly when I stopped using it. I don't know what you are using now, but it's worth a shot. Eczema is miserable. Good luck.
