I have to go out this afternoon, and we always eat at 5:30. I won't be home until 5:15. I need to have something ready! I don't know what to make though. I have a bunch of frozen chicken breasts, and rice, potatoes, veggies etc. but, I am stuck.

Can someone help?

There is a fantastic Adobo Chicken recipe that was posted here before. You can just do a search on "adobo chicken" it takes only 4 hours on high in the crock. Mt only suggestion is too use low sodium soy sauce if you don't like things on the salty side. Although I loved it as is!!!

Brown sugar chicken -

put the breasts in a slow-cooker.
Mix up this stuff : 1 cup packed brown sugar
2/3 cup vinegar
1/4 up lemon lime soda
2-3 tablespoons minced garlic
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon black pepper
and dump it over the chicken. Turn the thing on, and it's done when they're not pink anymore. :LOL

it's dh's favourite .. he loves it over rice or mashed potato
