Anybody know about this study? Gov't coverup re: foods?

Does anyone have the link to the study that was conducted in the 90s (I think?) re: processed foods and health.
You know, the one that was somehow *lost* by the FDA and then *found* again pretty recently?
SOrry I can't be more specific, but I remember reading this when I was just starting to get into NT.
Anyone know what I"m talking about? Have the link or more info?
