I hope that you have gotten a good referral by now and that your family has been able to give you good support. One other really good resource for PPD in the Ann Arbor area is Melisa Schuster. She is a therapist who specializes in PPD. I don't know whether or not your insurance would cover her care long-term, but I think it would definitely be worth seeing her for a few visits to make a plan for the future.
