O.k., some of you know the drama I'm dealing with on timing for my IUI. I'm supposed to have an HCG trigger shot tomorrow evening and then an IUI Monday, PENDING, I don't get a positive LH before then.

My temp was the still low this morning, so I felt good about it. BUT, lots more ovulation pain now, and I took my afternoon opk test and here are the results. Is this positive? They are almost exactly the same...just extremely minor shading difference on the left side.

Is this a positive??? I did another brand test (very cheap, bought online, not a namebrand, and it showed an LH line, but not near as dark as the control)

snapfish won't let me load the other tests picture, but I'm trying on flickr

http://www2.snapfish.com/share/p=289...=SYE/otsi=SALB

http://www.flickr.com/photos/[email protected]/2201547247/

The first pic looks totally positive! The second one looks totally different and def not positive. I will say that my personal experience with the cheap dip stick kind (I used Answer brand) was terrible. I only use CBE Digital now and have had great luck. I'd say go with the + one for that reason. But, keep taking OPK's!! At least another one this afternoon and maybe another tomorrow. My +'s last for 2 days but not everyone's does. If it's +, I'd guess it'll still be + this afternoon. The surge normally lasts at least several hours. GL!!!!

see, the problem is that if it IS positive, then I need to talk to the RE doctor today before they close and schedule the IUI for tomorrow, and take the HCG shot tonight, instead of waiting till tomorrow night for the shot, and the IUI for Monday. I don't want to end up doing it too early or too late, KWIM?

That was my last CB easy test, so I'm going to go get more. Should I get the digital one??

Ahhh!!! If I were you, I'd be running out to buy the digital! Then, you either get a smiley face or an open circle....NO guessing! I think your circumstances are just too important to be left up to interpretation of an OPK!
