I don't know what detergent to use for my cloth diapers. I have mostly Indian prefolds and fitteds. I read somewhere to use OxyClean Baby, but when I read the package, it says it should be added to your regular detergent; it isn't a detergent itself. I considered using Seventh Generation laundry detergent because I can get it where I live and I like their products, but I have no idea if it is safe or not. It seems like it should be. I also wash everything once, on hot, because I use a laundromat. I don't know if that makes a difference.

Since you're using a public machine I think your best bet is to get the cheap store-brand powdered detergent. You can add a scoop of OxiClean Baby to that.
