Hi,

We're moving back to Orange County and I am a first-time mom. My husband has a new job and we need to pick a pediatrician for our Anthem HMO and I have to select it by tomorrow. Supposedly, once we pick the ped, we can't change providers. Can anyone recommend a good pediatrician preferably in the Huntington Beach/Newport area or surrounding areas? I'd like someone who is okay with delayed vax and has separate well and sick waiting rooms. If you can also tell me why you like them, that would be great!

Being in the OC you have access to the grandfather of the AP movement...

the Sears practice is in San Clemente about a 30 min drive which is totally worth it in my opinion

we see Dr Bob who no longer takes insurance but u can bill your insurance privately if u like...but u can also see Dr Jim, Dr Bill or Dr Zaid who we like very very much

I like Dr. Pamela Middleton, my daughter's pediatrician, located in Newport Beach because she is anti-vaccines, does not do any vaccines in her office, and she also supports Traditional Foods dietary guidelines. And she's awesome because she has the book "The Sanctity of Human Blood: Vaccination is Not Immunization" in her office.

We loved Dr. Stephen Abelowitz in Newport Beach.
He let us delay vax, but he does make you vax to stay with him.
He refers you to Sears if you want to skip vax.
