You might want to try looking at www.blacksheepcrossing.com - she's had a few recycled fabric acrylic/cotton AIO's that I've been told work quite well (although, I have no first-hand experience - I got outbid

Because I said so! :LOL
Dd gets rashy whenever she wears PUL, plus she leaks through *all* of her PUL covers... trying to get rid of them and use wool most of the time (although I haven't had much luck with WIOs) and fleece at night and with AIOs for when she's with her Nana.
My DS reacts to PUL, procare and some laminated prints, so I know what you mean. My favorite fleece AIOs are Hidden Pearl Creations and My Precious Baby By April(and though she uses aplix it is STRONG and is kind of like "child proof" aplix, LOL)
WIOs scare me, LOL, so i stick with fleece but use wool with fitteds
I love the honeyboys at www.simplygooddiapers.com - Her prices are great, the diapers are trim, and beautifully sewn. The AIO's from www.angelwraps.com - works of art - use some sort of taffeta as the waterproof barrier.
