I am not sure what to do....I placed a pretty big order with ********** and it's been almost 3 months now and I still don't have it....I was told that it would take about 2 weeks to complete the order and after about 4 weeks, I emailed her and she said she sent everything but would check to see if she could track the shipment....she said there were some family issues going on and it had been really hectic there...so I emailed back telling her it was not a big deal and to just let me know when she knew something about my package....I haven't heard from her since and I've sent 2 or 3 emails this month with no response. I dont want to be insenstive because I know she's got a lot of her plate right now but I am still out the money I spent with nothing to show for it.....what should I do? The last email I sent, I told her that I was sympathetic to everything she has going on but I haven't even heard back from her and I asked if I should just go ahead and request a refund....but no response.....

I'm sorry that has happened . . . I would send another email and if there is no answer within 48 hours I would probably request a refund, but i'm pretty sure the paypal time limit to file a claim is 45 days

Thanks! She's always been really nice and had great customer service....she emailed me and kept me up to date on my order and such for the first couple weeks.....and I know she had a lot going on personally right now....so I honestly feel bad complaining....if I would just hear back from her I would feel better.....I will try emailing one more time today. Thanks again!

3 months?! Wow, that would be totally unacceptable, IMO. I would ask for a refund immediately. A business is a business, family/personal affairs aside. I could see a few weeks in an emergency situation, but months?... umm, no.

Hi Mamas,

I'm just popping in here to remind you all to refrain from posting the name of the business in question in a customer-service themed thread in the Diapering Forum. We do have a Diapering Reviews Forum that you can use for that purpose. It is fine to discuss this issue here so long as you don't go into specifics about which company you are having trouble with.

And I hope you get your diapers or a refund soon!
