I have several slings & pouches, and an ergo. I would like something similar to an ergo for my bad back/neck, but something with more style/color.

Is a mei tai going to do the trick? What is out there that's anywhere near an ergo, with the same ease of getting baby in & out? My girlie is 13 months, and over 21 pounds (not sure exactly).
