Hi ladies,
I am working on remineralzing my toddler teeth after ozone treatments for ECC.
I have a very picky eater on my hands here, though. She flat refuses most of the foods I offer and pretty much it is a victory when she eats, even if its a burger and fries, lol, sorry but thats true.

But I am continually trying to up my arsenal of options.

Please tell me what your toddler eats and please don't tell me how blessed you were that yout toddler loves liver, LOL, I already feel bad because for years I walked around verbalizing my disdain for people who catered to their kids picky tendencies!!!!! I'm bad, I know, I'm getting my just desserts!

I have rencently heard about toddler bento boxes and am willing to go that route, but what shoudl I put in there?

Veggie cakes

hummus
chicken fingers (pecan coating)
cereal bars
spring rolls
sushi
noodle salads (rice or soba noodles)
salsa chips guacamole
fries, white or sweet potato, yucca, or butternut
deviled eggs
olives
pesto
rice pasta and spaghetti sauce
pickles
falafal

Oh I have been there. My ds has taught me such a lesson in humility! He is so picky and literally so active he climbs the walls. The judgement I used to pass on parents of kids like him
Anyway....

Liver - as pate - is one thing he actually loves! Go figure. Maybe it's the bacon, I think he could probably eat a pound of that by himself. Of all things, he also takes his cod liver oil everyday without a peep. He will also eat -

scrambled eggs (which I cook in lots of butter)

toast (which I load up with butter)

cream cheese

milk

ice cream (I make my own so he's not getting a lot of sugar)

ground meat "forms" - he likes sausage, meatballs (I think these are great because you can make a bunch yourself and sneak all kinds of stuff in there like liver, carrots, zucchini, nuts, seeds, cheese...and then freeze them and pull out what you need here and there)

rice (I make it with bone broth...and more butter!)

chicken fingers (I make these myself)

popcorn (with butter of course
)

any kind of fruit but especially berries

pizza

gravy (I like this too, I make it with bone broth and put it on the pasta or rice, add a little cream and nutmeg and serve it one meatballs)

peanut butter

oatmeal

Which is not a bad list but he'll only it some of them some of the time. Monday he'll want to eat it all day and by Tuesday he won't touch it. It's very challenging. I hope you can find something your daughter will eat.
