I am in a rut with my health and fitness level and I need to make changes. I really need some inspiration. If anyone has a success story they would be willing to share I would really appreciate it!<br><br>
I am heavier now than when I was pregnant. My sons are 4 and 5! It's lack of exercise and bad diet habits, but I am miserable. I need to make serious and drastic changes before it is too late!
