they have sprinklers, a train, paddle boats, a playground...Its a small amount to get in. The Amherst library was really cool when we checked it out, and there is the Eric Carle museum around there that I want to check out but haven't.
Those are the things I can think of right now :) I'm moving to Longmeadow, south of Springfield soon.

The Eric Carle Museum is fun. Look Park is also fun. I work in the kids room at the Jones Library (Amherst) and we are very nice and kid friendly. We won't even look at you funny if you are tandem nursing on one of our couches.

No, seriously. And we have a train table and a doll house and lots and lots of books!

Greenfield Energy Park is small and is a great place to have a picnic. Look Park is fun. For older kids, Smith has a nice kid friendly (minus one evil guard) art museum. Amherst College has an awesome small museum of natural history.

DId I hear something about a potluck? I'm so excited to have guests over because we now have somewhere to put them! Give me a couple of weeks to paint and get rid of some more boxes. I'd be happy to host a potluck.

I'm not shy! I live in Greenfield, and I have a big backyard. I want to meet more MDC mamas IRL. I'm expecting bebe #2 at the end of January, and I don't know any pregnant mamas. I have one friend with a 5 mo. I'm trying to get back in baby frame of mind, but it's hard with a very spirited 5 yo.
