Grand Opening was today, and I went and checked it out. www.gigglebeans.net. Basically, you pay $6 for your kid ($3 for each sibling), there is a huge, soft floored play area and tons of fun toys. They play (supervised by someone from the staff), and you drink coffee/late', surf the internet or hangout with friends.

Sounds like a playdate opportunity to me!

Oh, and I asked the owner, they are VERY breastfeeding friendly!

Carrin, what would you say is the age group served here? It would be awesome if it was up to my kids' age... Rainy days here we come!

We definitely need something like that in Lansing! My toddler loves to climb, but there is no place age appropriate like that to take her that is clean and reasonably priced. Maybe we can take a field trip some day. Thanks for the info.

Courtenay....not sure of the age range. They had tunnels, trucks, push toys, kitchen sets, etc. They said they have a scrapbooking table, not sure if your kids would get into that, or maybe they would allow kids to do artwork there? dunno... I'd say it would be worth checking into anyway.
