Hi all! I'm a new SAHM who moved to Englewood about a yr ago and haven't met any sahm in my area really. Looking to get together w/other bfing AP moms in my area. Have a 12wk old boy Liam and 12yr old SS Ricky. Any advice or anyone around here?

Anway, here is what I posted elsewhere on MDC:
I am a midwife in Sarasota, and our practice really tries to connect our clients with each other to form community. As such, we have parties and mother's groups so people can hang out and get to know each other. Next weekend, we are having our annual party at the Birth Home-it is always a fun one! Any area families are welcome! It is at Rosemary Birthing Home, 800 Central Avenue in Sarasota, Fl 34236. It is between 10th Ave and fruitville Rd in Downtown Sarasota. Party will be families, food, fun, and music from 2-6pm Saturday August 28th.
