I just started "kefir-ing" and I am in love with the kefir. But I have 2 questions. When I am just starting on it, can I overdo it? I seriously could drink 2 cups of it morning and evening if I could afford that much milk. Any side effects of jumping into the deep end with high consumption? I have an exam tomorrow- don't need to incapacitate myself <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/wink1.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="wink1"><br><br>
secondly, it's okay to mix it with some maple syrup, right? I just put 1/2 tsp in the cup when I pour it for myself- that's okay, right?<br><br>
