You know I think you're doing great! Keep it up. It can work fine even if the sitter isn't as awesome and tuned in as you. Just ask her to take your DD potty every hour or so, and keep on observing her signals at home. Kids are so smart. They can pick up on different caregivers and their different styles. My DS did fine even though DH never did any EC with him.
